	Will be responsible for converting GUI Mockups into css driven layouts. Should have knowledge of CSS and standard graphics packages
	Senior Web Designers
	2+ years of experience in web designing and co-ordinating with the software programmers.
	Required Skill Set 1. Knowledge of interface and graphic optimization for the web 2. Knowledge of user interface design principles and web design best practices/standards 3. Proficiency in screen layout and visual design 4. HTML Mockups, wire frames, Prototyping UI designs The candidate should possess Advanced proficiency across the spectrum of User Interface development languages/tools. Desired Profile Candidate should have Good communication skills and understanding of the user likings of Europe and USA The skill set priority would be in the following sequence: 1. HTML/DHTML & CSS ADAVNCED and MUST 2. Photoshop, front page, Dream weaver Proficient and MUST 3. FLASH Proficient and MUST 4. UI Design principles such as prototyping, Wireframes, Mockups etc Basic Understanding and MUST 5. MS PowerPoint Proficient and Must 6. Java script good to have 7. XML/XSLT good to have
	Search Engine Specialist
	To promote websites through popular search engines, web directories for increasing link popularity and other related SEO activities.
	Desired Profile 1. Graduate or under graduate having knowledge in Web Promotion. 2. Sound understanding of search engine algorithms is a must. 3. Knowledge of promotions in Google.com / Yahoo.com / MSN.com necessary. 4. Good Communication skills and knowledge of HTML necessary 5. Excellent understanding of ethical SEO, PPC, Link building etc. 6. Knowledge of SEO reporting and SEO tracking
